People are visual (hence the drastic rise in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others shifting from text-focus to photo and video-focus). People are so visual that whether you realize it or not, color plays a much bigger major role in your brand association and purchasing power than we think.

There’s a reason companies test the colors of things like advertisements, banner ads, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons. Even changing the color of a CTA button can increase conversions by upwards of 10-20% or more.  For example, Hubspot recently did a color test and found that a red CTA button outperformed a green CTA button by 21%. They increased their conversion rate without changing anything about the page except for the color of the CTA. That’s the power of color psychology in marketing.
